What is the actual complaint? You don't have the typical asshole boss, you work the hours that YOU specify, you charge what YOU specify. The reason I say this is because your situation is similar to my Chem tutoring business which cranks up this coming week. Best job, best employment situation I've ever had. Retirement ... BAH!
