Hehe. I thought this is common. I was woken that way once in a couchette car on the Munich-Paris train around 1 am, and after passing the Slovenian-Croatian border on the Venice-Budapest train (I think that was 2:30 am).

Well on all my night train rides, there was a phase when I felt too hot, so I actually preferred those sheets to the thick thing fit for a badly heated alpine house in winter... (because I had that too, but can't remember which trip it was).
