I read "advantage" as just a moral argument for doing so (They will be better off with the new myth!) and not something that will make convincing easier. But I might be a tad cynic in my reading.

A vote for PES is a vote for EPP! A vote for EPP is a vote for PES! Support the coalition, vote EPP-PES in 2009!
