The public option is irrelevant. Employers will buy in and pay the fines as they migrate workers to the Fed plan. There is a public option out there, but it depends on employers determining that the Buy-In to the Federal Health plan is cheaper than the private market. So far, it seems a good number of employers will opt out of insuring their workers.

This has always been the problem in the USA. Somehow the left has got it into their heads that the purveyors of cheap plastic crap made across the world at slave labor wages should be charged with the health and welfare of the families of minimum wage workers. Now, we have employers paying into the Federal system.
