Switzerland doesn't have dental coverage - but check ups and cleaning cost me about $200 and I can deduct the amount from my taxes. Same with regular health insurance. Everything I had to pay out of my pocket last year, because of my broken knee cap I can deduct from the the taxes. And I was amazed, I expected to have much higher out of pocket cost than what I actually had to pay.

In Switzerland we have private mandatory insurance but it is strongly regulated and for the people who can not pay it there are subsidies.
