You could add (iv) dislike of the social, political and cultural changes resulting from too much power ending up in too few hands.

I think that is a dislike of a later date then Kalecki, considering that the governments was fairly small employers before the post-war expansion of services.

Though I doubt it is the number of hands that matter to 'industrial leaders' so I would rather put it (iv) dislike of the social, political and cultural changes resulting from politicians rivaling 'industrial leaders' in the area of employer power.

I'm not really talking about a large fraction of jobs, but rather too large a fraction of GDP, especially if civil liberties are weakened at the same time.
