On the other hand, Sweden will sign the new Fiscal Compact Treaty, which will require enshrining a deficit limit of 0.5% of GDP in the national Constitutions.
But Sweden will only sign if Sweden gets a pass from having to obey the rules. And get to attend eurosummits (I think the current bid is one a year now). A vote for PES is a vote for EPP! A vote for EPP is a vote for PES! Support the coalition, vote EPP-PES in 2009!
