Possibly, but I suspect not.  I suspect they're relatively pro-Romney compared with Jewish voters in the US due to nationalistic attitudes and exposure to the batshit crazy press over there.  But Jewish voters in the US are overwhelmingly pro-Obama, and there's a lot of overlap.

It might even be the opposite, if -- as I suspect might be the case -- the dual citizens there are a bit younger.

Presumably orthodox Jews are more pro-Romney?

The expat vote in Israel in 2008 was apparently 76% for McCain.....

Does he have a citation for that?

Not saying he's wrong at all, but I've never seen breakdowns by country.  Don't think any official ones exist, since your vote would need to be counted by US state.

No. I remember seeing similar results (including details of some cities - not ones that I would have thought of as being particularly right-wing - with 100% McCain) right after the election,  but I didn't check their provenance.

For the Democratic primary country breakdowns were provided (excessively detailed - the one Democrat in Liechtenstein voted for Clinton and the one in Monte Carlo for Obama....) and Israelis were strongly for Clinton.

Is it possible that the relevant embassies do the collating and counting? It's hard to imagine the (say) Idaho elections Board keeping track of that level of detail...

This was the primary for delegates representing expats, so it was run by Democrats Abroad. I don't think the embassies had anything to do with it.
