Normally my solutions to such things basically involve drinking booze till you fall over, preferably whilst playing your very favourite up music.

You don't have to follow my advice, but it works for me

A really good stack of books or movies can be helpful, too. If only we had streaming Netflix in Europe.

I am too fidgety to enjoy movies at the best of times.  I need to multitask to be able to watch one at home, and today's no better.
