Yeah, IMHO the more important news was Hollande's badly justified refusal to meet Tsipras, in contrast to Gabriel. (BTW, while Gabriel reiterated the keep-to-agreements-or-we-won't-pay party line, he also declared that only Greece has the righ to decide on Eurozone membership.)
