As you likely know, structure damaged previously is less able to withstand more minor shocks, even 5.4, so have family friends and colleagues make sure they know where they're standing, and under what.

There doesn't seem to have been any damage in Trentino. I'm far enough away that I didn't even feel the 4.7 aftershocks. There were actually 3 around 1pm; one at 13:00 (5.1 - I'm not sure if I felt it) and 13:01 (magnitude not yet determined).
