Yeah, I can't wait to hear/see about everyone walking up and down those 13,000 ft streets in La Paz. Beautiful blue skies with little oxygen to breath. Unless you're a mountain goat, it's nice to sleep without awakening to suffocation. Still, there's a certain charm to the town Klaus Barbie called home (for a while). There is a little cafe there he used to frequent where one can have a cup of joe.
