The Case for Colonialism (pdf) by one Bruce Gilley has merged --in the manner of Aaron Swartz-- from peer-reviewed journal Third Worold Quarterly into the innerboobs, or "public domain". Subscription to Third World Quarterly is not free, and may be purchased by institutional libraries for the edification of their patrons, university students for example.
