One of the involved planes as seen on Santa Maria, Azores the 22/8/2005, also spotted in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, and many other.

"Five states silent on CIA flights " was a headline on BBC about two weeks ago.

Today, in a very well documented article we read :

The admission was made by Armed Forces Minister Adam Ingram in a letter to Liberal Democrat leader Sir Menzies Campbell.
Ingram disclosed that two aircraft, a Boeing 737 and a Gulfstream, landed 14 times at RAF (Royal Air Force) Northolt and RAF Brize Norton between October 2003 and May 2004.

But what happens in Belgium is hilarious : already since december a number of ministers made declarations as "We do not know anything" and "There were not such flights" and anything between.
But now the Belgian security services are under hard pressure because of the DHKPC-Erdal case among other cases.
A document now emerged that in the case of the 'rendition flights' The only action taken by the chief of our security of the state, was a phone-call to the CIA. The answer was 'No Comment'. Conclusion : There are no such flights.

We also have a secret military service,AIDV; they had read the papers  and have seen nothing about CIA-flights in Belgium.  So our very well informed ministers can declare : nothing bad happened.

UPDATE 9/8 : Belgian paper 'Le Soir' : at least 2 CIA-flights confirmed using the airport Deurne-Antwerpen.

What's the story in your country ?
