Well, first, can you believe all the weird and wild nature stuff going on?? Secondly, let's do hope it brings lots of water to Portugal and Spain, without negative side effects. But...having grown up in Southern California, where the cycle has always been: hot weather, dried out land, wild fires, heavy rains and then mud slides...pretty regularly. So I see this news (and I hadn't heard of it befre this story, thank you very much...), I worry about a similar pattern. Hope it doesn't happen that way...
