Perhaps. Let's see how the markets react to the ECB's rate-hike. If Western Europe can get its GDP and job growth up, Europe will look well. It should also help that the dollar has gained on the euro -- and, therefore, so has the yuan. So look for exports to improve in the eurozone, as well, so long as the American economy continues to move in the right direction. (Who knows? Maybe someday we'll even get China off the training wheels and have a floating yuan! Ah, dreams....) Be nice to America. Or we'll bring democracy to your country.
