Helpers:

• "bovins" => beef/veal
  
• "ovins" => sheep/lamb
  
• "porcs" => pork
  
• "volailles" => chicken/duck/goose/turkey
  
• "viande bovine / total" => percentage of boving meat in the total amount of meat

You can see that Spaniards eat an average of 115.3 kg of meat per year. That's 2.217 kg a week.
