4 billions USD for a 1 million barrel per day  pipeline : if you amortize over one year it's 11 USD / barrel. Of course it is amortized over a longer time (would take 13-19 years to empty ACG through it), but it looks quite cheap to me (if you can count it as cost for royalties).

What is the cost of extracting a barrel from this field? (very approximately :).

What is the cost of moving a barrel around by ship?
