Welcome to European Tribune. It's gone a bit quiet around here these days, but it's still going.

I think you must have spent a lot of time next to the red truck near the wall on the right, being drawn to its color.

Hehehe :-)

Actually, I wasn't down there. When we got to this point, we were overtaking the crowd on a side street - and getting to the bridge internet newspaper Origo's photographer stood on, we saw that the front of the protest (which crossed the next bridge downriver) just reached the other side of this bridge, so we took a shortcut...

BTW, no one is attempting to find Waldo... I mean me on the top photograph?

Ahhh on the top photograph?? I thought you meant it as a joke in the crowd photograph.

Ok let me take a look at that top photograph for a second, uhuh ok, yep, aha, um um, ok ... gotcha:

you're the guy in the middle of the picture, wearing a greyish-brown shirt. he's the only one who can't lift his bike all the way up ;))

Good logic, but wrong guess :-)

Darn. Ok, second guess:

Supposing that you're more or less in the foreground, if this picture were taken by a friend for example, and knowing that you like to keep personal details about you on internet blogs to a minimum, then you have to be either the guy with the blue shirt and Mike Tyson arms, or the guy in white behind the head of the girl with a camera (on the right), or the guy with a black shirt next to the person I mentioned in my previous comment (the one struggling to lift the bike).

While I'm at it, everyone seems to have really expensive and cool bikes. There doesn't seem to be anyone lifting a 30+ year old kind of bicycle like the one I use

Third guess, which should have been my first: you're the person taking the picture??

In the bottom left-hand corner, there's a person in blue, facing the wrong direction.  I choose that person, because there's got to be some kind of symbolism in that...

No, he's the woman taking the picture!  We've all been fooled all this time... ;-)

I was keeping that guess for my last attempt, but now that it's out, let me add another one in case even that one fails:

DoDo is one of the bicycles.

You got the gender of the photographer, I give you that :-)

I scrolled across photo albums on the internet, and found myself on another picture. I can safely post it as it won't be much of a help :-)

I give up, even comparing the two pictures did not really help. But all will be revealed in Paris, won;t it?
