I demand we hold an emergency congress to vote on this manifesto.  I for one will not abide this pancake and peanut butter tyranny.  I submit that blini be the official breakfast of the coup.  I believe Comrade Triloqvist will agree that the blini is far more irresistible than the simple pancake.  

And as self-proclaimed Minister of Propaganda, I would like to announce that the indoctrination has begun.
