OK - my deepest apologies for the confusion.  I was rushing out the door and thought that poemless might be an anagram for something - and in my rush I didn't notice that it wasn't in fact an exact anagram of "some slop".  No insult intended.  The truth is much more prosaic.  i was sloppy in my writing. I blame the onset of dyslexia myself.  I didn't think that anyone who could write so eloquently about (ras)Putin could possibly be described as poemless.
