What I do find amazing is the fact the the government of the "most powerful" nation on earth writes a piece of legislation entitled The Weather Modification Bill yet if I bring up the subject the Pavlovian programmed Americans instantly think "CT".

Interesting to note European fugly foam is green.  The scary strange charateristic of my brown foam was the amazing long time it stayed intact.  A child blows soap bubbles but those burst, this stuff stayed together.
