... there just isn't any Western College program would seem to be a longwinded way of saying that Western College no longer exists ... though I had vaguely understood that it had been re-invented inside Arts and Sciences, if its been re-invented without actually having any program, that seems like "Western College barely exists".

As far as the High Speed Rail, that seems an unlikely alignment for the Triple-C, but its on one of the more direct corridors from Cincinnati to Indianapolis, which is in the MWRRS Midwest Hub. And on the that alignment, its a reasonable distance from Cincinnati to have a stop. Hamilton's a bigger town, but with the University, Oxford's likely to be a bigger transport market.
