My mind wandered towards celebrity gossip when writing that. My commuting is mostly by train and I've a daily helping of three free newspapers (sometimes involuntarily as they are draped across the seats).

It's  enervating for me to realise how much time, dedication and ink is spend on relationships of people I've never met and (hopefully) never will.

Two worlds of relationships. The one true, solid and personal; the other plastic, abundant and voyeuristic. The latter I can do without. The other I cannot live without.
