Filippo Graviano has just declared, "I intend to answer [questions by the judges, the PM and the defense] within the limits of my possibilities."

Filippo Graviano is testifying from maximum security prison in Parma by videoconference. Neither he nor his brother, Giuseppe, are present in the courtroom for security reasons.

Marcello Dell'Utri arrived punctually this morning at 10:00. He sought to have the hearing postponed. The court ruled against it.

Giuseppe Graviano declared that he has sent a written memorial to the court and cannot answer questions because of his present state of health.

Cosimo Lo Nigro, the other mafia boss condemned for his involvement in the bombings and massacres, declared that he will answer questions from the court. He denies ever having met or known the Gravianos before his imprisonment. He denies that he participated in a summit to organize the attack against the Olimpic Stadium in Rome together with Spatuzza and Giuseppe Graviano.

Berlusconi has declared that it's all a comedy. He again attacked the President of the Republic this morning.
