Have already announced my intentions on a Sac Bee blog (other bloggers are wishing the "Doctor" well). Will post relevant pieces to ET as things develop.  Am considering approaching my Austrian Governator to help me push my plans through.  The "Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger Science/Technology Plan for Economic Revitalization"?  For a guy who has a "stupid complex", I might make it work.  Any suggestions?
