I'm afraid it is inherent for Dutch politics, jokes about haircuts. When Balkenende began as prime-minister, the jokes about Harry Potter were endless:

Geert Wilders has been bleaching his hair for so long now, it has become his signature trademark. People have stopped poking fun at it for years... That joke has grown too old. But obviously it is still a delight for cartoonists.
