You are writing as it was one committee, it is not. Every prize has its own committee in accordance with the testament of Nobel.

In the case of of the peace prize, it is a committee appointed by the Norwegian parliament. Norway has troops in Afghanistan and had troops in Iraq, decided by the same parliament that appoints the committee. I think that should answer the question of why opposing these wars will not yield the Nobel peace prize.
