Welcome to European Tribune. It's gone a bit quiet around here these days, but it's still going.

Any way of finding out?

If it is bogus I guess emailing will not give answers.

If there is some form of crime involved the police could probably get answers from Google. Google stores information, the data retention directive probably means all relevant info is saved at different points. I am not a lawyer, but good luck accessing that data. It is not like it is trrrism or sharing music involved.

The twin crimes of the hippie/commie era!  The Company has never claimed the workers did anything illegal - the question ceebs raises is whether the Company did!

One thing to find out is whether the sacked members of staff were given full copies of the emails they have been dismissed over, including the full header information. You'd also want to look at the full written versions of staff email policies.

Any idiot can face a crisis - it's day to day living that wears you out.
