I don't find it to be amazing at all. A corporate controlled media with no public interest requirement on their activity, and sufficient oil industry funding of the so-called non-partisan propaganda mills like Cato pushed out through the right wing echo chamber implants talking points. Individual politicians that are going to fight back against any of them avoid fighting back against all of them because it makes them sound like a kook.
