Would such an oath count as a "routine" oath taken when becoming a citizen, or not? In the latter case, could it result in those American-Israelis who take it losing their U.S. citizenship? (I mean, should it have that effect according to the law? I know it won't in practice....)

If this was presented as a possible consequence, what effect would it have on enthusiasm for the proposed law?
