(Reuters) - The U.N. atomic watchdog said on Sunday there had been some positive developments at Japan's disaster-hit nuclear power plant in the last 24 hours but that the overall situation remained very serious. Graham Andrew, a senior official of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), also said radiation levels in major Japanese cities had not changed and remained below dangerous levels.
