Japan's nukes (none / 0)
opened the TV news here in France, so it's not gone. With Libya, the European summit, Syria, elections this week-end, it was a rather heavy news broadcast (plus a policeman killed by drug traffikers, and the €133 million lottery tonight)

Not to put too fine a point on modern civilization, but the €133M lottery would have a great effect in northern Japan this evening.

€99M. I'll ask for one for the suggestion. You've got the rest, plus the responsibility to host an all-expenses paid meetup for the top 50 commenters in the next month, quality-wise, not quantity.
