Why? Ypu will react anyway. Even to comments not adressed at you. And playing comment police is hardly a argument on the merits.

But I will try: The governing council of the ECB has 23 members. Only two are german. (You don't really need a link on that, do you?)

So how exactly it is a purely german institution or even dominated by former and current members of the bundesbank? The others could just vote them down. And that does happen quite a bit nowadays.
