In the latest round of negotiations Greece proposed to cut its defence budget by a few hundred million and was told by the Troika to go back to the drawing board and cut pensions instead. Is that also a lie?

I find this extremely hard to believe. Swedish subs are made for Baltic waters, but the only thing needed to modify when they went to the Med IIRC, was improved air conditioning.

And as IM said, tell it to Israel.
