It's all part of the propaganda war - which I'd note has been fantastically successful - we can see that by the steady trickle of commenters who come here to defend Germany from being picked on by evil, irresponsible, lefty, thieving theorists like me.

The propaganda war is to pretend that austerity in a Lesser Depression works - and that it is Greek failings, rather than the failing of the European political class to actually attempt to get the Eurozone out of recession that is the problem.
