It's a good thing the topmost picture is from Amsterdam, because in Copenhagen those people would be looking at at least € 150 worth of fines each, for cell phoning on the move (resp. passenger on back cargo holder) and the bikes not being up to code. 200-250 if the copper were feeling ornery and decided to book them for all the ways in which their bikes aren't up to code (lack front and rear reflexes, lack wheel reflexes, left-hand one lacks front wheel brake)...
