This is great, Chris.  

But there's no political will in Cypress (or Spain or Portugal or Greece or ... & etc.) to follow your policy.  Decision Makers would rather be "Good Europeans" (sic) and destroy their economies.

Correct.

Such a top down resolution is politically impossible, but it's worth debunking the myths, and opening up debate anyway.

The practical solutions which will achieve both resolution and transition, are already emerging'bottom up', I believe.

Of which, more anon.

Chris, please don't take this the wrong way.

You should be doing stand-up comedy for the wealthy. You'd  have them rolling in the aisles.
