Welcome to European Tribune. It's gone a bit quiet around here these days, but it's still going.

Great stuff, thanks Jerome.

A small clarification, if I may, about Bard: you wrote: "The project has suffered through a couple of years of delays, but is not well advanced" - should that "not" be "now"?

And on learning: an issue came up at a recent Green in the City evening on Offshore Wind Financing, about learning (from by mistakes made during installation or operation) not getting diffused throughout the industry, because of commercial sensitivities. Do you see that as an issue? If so, do you think key players would be interested in changing that, if the right body were in place to collate the learning and disseminate it? (and assuming fears about anti-competitive behaviour could be answered)

I assumed so, and took the liberty to correct it (along with other typos, and AFAIK EWE is much bigger than a Stadtwerk).

You also had 54 turbines for NordSeeOst, which didn't match the total capacity and all sources I could find, so I corrected to 48.

It is 48 indeed. 54 is C-Power in Belgium which uses the same Repower 6M turbines but additionally has a first strong of 6 Repower 5M turbines...

Yes, EWE also owns Stadtwerk Bremen (SWB), and is the primary owner of Alpha Ventus.

It wouldn't be all that hard to construct a computer database and some payment mechanism to companies providing the information from companies accessing the data.

An idea.  No idea if it is workable.
