I must agree with generic, there were multiple sniper incidents at varied locations. The Maidan mob possessed arms and rifles and on video were seen shooting at police and security forces. A BBC reporter witnessed a shooter from the Ukraine Hotel. There were several lethal, professional snipers active. Only an independent investigation (ICC in The Hague) could shed light on the events.
