... it was thought appropriate to build them upon the neoliberal fantasy that when government gets out of the way, that eliminates the sources of crises rather than changing who it is that authors the crisis. I've been accused of being a Marxist, yet while Harpo's my favourite, it's Groucho I'm always quoting. Odd, that.
