Probably depends on the candidates. Trump or Cruz might turn out to be bi-partisan motivators but either Clinton or Sanders might have trouble turning out the others' voters. OTOH, Sanders is neither black nor a Clinton, so that might help him even though he is still a Socialist - especially with the over 50 voters.
