Evidently not much has changed in VC funding (cash to burn) for black-owned business pitch (tech sector and others) since I looked into dotcom-dip "opportunities" 15 years ago... although "incubators" are nearly a dime/doz (often est'd. with 503(c) trust funding, possibly seed buyer market) and the pop of "minority" coders has increased significantly, while corp hires hover in low single digits.
