We should not lose sight of why POTUS fired the AG - because he wants a political crony to protect him from the investigation of his own campaign. The rule of law is disappearing before our eyes. My column from a year ago when POTUS began trying to humiliate the AG into resigning. (_link)

Trump is a moral moron. His moral development was halted at about age 8 by the dynamic that led to his Narcissistic Personality Disorder. This has been obvious since he announced his candidacy.

It seemed at first, did it not, that Jeff is despicable figure in the eyes of just about every faction in the US Congress and its constituents for a myriad reasons--before, during and after his confirmation and abrupt recusal--as AG.

But there you have it, Jeff's vindication. The one critter --besides his mama-- who's sad to see him retire.
