FM Halbe Zijlstra was to travel to Moscow tomorrow evening to meet Russian FM Sergei Lavrov. Too late to be educated about diplomacy and history of Novorossiya. Halbe may need a bit more time to illustrate how he hid behind the curtains in a room of Putin's dacha where the Russian president made such statement.  :-))
