Quite interesting ... could there be an association or link to Cambridge Analytica of Brexit and Donald Trump fame or infamy [ownership/funder Robert Mercer] or perhaps to Peter Thiel's CIA linked Palantir data mining in Palo Alto?

Yea I know people who know things some whom actually have views on Catalonian Independence and some may even have voted and so had I been in receipt of official monies I might have been in breach of the Hatch Act.

They endorsed, legitimized Obama's academic credentials when he campaigned in '07. Extraordinary claims I thought, considering the minuscule traces of scholarship in university databases and his '04 DNC debut. I had looked, found 2 revealing, and I had asked my bro for even one West Law citation. I did find a significant body of Sunstein's pre-"Nudge" articles at Chicago law. He often wrote with Eric Posner, too, which were basically poised elaborations of fascist macro. Lessig faded back to obscurity after a trial run on O' coat tails, of course. I wasn't at all surprised that Obama created an office for Sunstein, but I have sometimes --during the most intellectually perverse periods of the admin's prosecution on the GWOT-- wondered what Tribe's payoff was supposed to be.

Hmm, fancy that, the US and its allies interfered wholesale in elections and orchestrated coups when their first plan failed. Including elections in Europe.

Yet now, russia is doing it, it's a problem.

Actually guys, it's always been a problem. But trading  as holier than thou on that track record is very definitely a bad look
