The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) on Monday announced that power has been restored to most of the island's residents, eleven months after Hurricane Maria devastated the power grid.

BREAKING: Another large power outage in Puerto Rico; there's been a failure of the 50200 line running from Costa Sur to Manatí; customers in parts of Bayamón, San Juan & some municipalities in the central part of the island are affected.
