I have noted with interest popular struggle there "bubbling," as they say, to the top of the feed. As poor as the populus is, the issue of "human rights" violation by government is the kernal of indigenous agitation -- net migration, electoral initiative, high court judgments, spontaneous and organized rallies. This evolution is a poignant expression of the EU's tenuous creed --sovereignty of nations on the one hand, aspirations of the individual on the other.
