Welcome to European Tribune. It's gone a bit quiet around here these days, but it's still going.
EU Parliament aims to endorse any deal just two weeks before Brexit day, hurdles
the target to hold a vote would be a plenary session due March 11-14.
"We have to vote during the first March plenary," [Danuta] Hubner told her [constitutional affairs] committee. "The second one (due March 25-28) will be too late because after us the Council (of all EU member states) must look into this again."
The EU parliament also wants to vote only after Britain's parliament, to avoid endorsing a deal that may then get struck down in London.
