Welcome to European Tribune. It's gone a bit quiet around here these days, but it's still going.
A secret Treasury document has raised questions about "rail access to the EU" after a no-deal Brexit.
Anyone know more?
The document - snapped as it was carried into a Whitehall meeting - also reveals that Philip Hammond's department has codenamed its contingency planning "Operation Yellowhammer".
This has happened lots of times before. Anyone carrying a document like this is either trying to leak the contents or is a total idiot (but we knew that anyway).

There's no legal basis for the channel tunnel to operate after a crash Brexit. Dublin-Belfast enterprise might be ok, not sure how that's regulated.
